Xander Bogaerts belted a grand slam with two outs in the bottom of the eighth to lead the Red Sox to a thrilling 8-7 victory over the Rays on Monday night at Fenway Park.

It was the first career slam by Bogaerts and just the second of the season for the Red Sox. Hanley Ramirez hit one on Opening Day at Philadelphia.
